JNA Assessment Data - Enter, View and Export Assessment data

Click on this Menu button to Enter, View or Export Assessment Data

Select the specific Field Assessment.
A list of assessment records will appear.
Choose the assessment data that you wish to modify by:
Clicking on the EDIT button corresponding to the specific assessment
record
OR
Clicking on Add New Assessment to enter a new assessment record
The Identification page first appears.
Add/Modify details on this form. Press OK, when finished to enter
section-wise data.
The form for the entry of Demographic Data will appear. Forms for the other
sections can be accessed though a sub menu on top of the page.
Enter data for the sections as required.
Click on the SAVE button to store the data into the database
OR
Click on EXIT to cancel the operation and discard all
entries/modifications
OR
Click on List of Assessments on the Sub Menu on the top of the page, to
select another record for editing

View Data |

Click on this button if you wish to view Assessment data for a specific Field
Assessment.
Demographic data (totals) for the latest Field Assessment is presented by
default.
Chose another Field Assessment from the drop down list if you wish to see the
data of another Project. |

Export Data |
|
JNA Data can be exported in EXCEL or CSV format for data
exchange with External Systems.
Choose the Field Assessment whose data you wish to export
Choose the Section from the drop down list provided
Choose the Format for the exported data ie., EXCEL / CSV
Click on the EXPORT button to export the data.
Choose the Folder into which the data should be stored.
Repeat this for all the sections

location for a specific Field Assessment.
Select the Field Assessment from the list.
Select an Organization from the list
Click on the VIEW REPORT button for the specific location to view the
report on the data for that location

Click this button to view Summarized/Consolidated data for
a specific Field Assessment, by section.
Select the Field Assessment from the list.
